The amount of remuneration depends on character and level of difficulty of a case as well as on essential labor inputs in a case. Each case is evaluated individually. Client is always informed about the costs of legal services before providing legal services commence. We apply following system of calculating fees:

• hourly settlement, i.e. an amount of remuneration is established on the basis of quantity of work - hours spent on a case,
• lump sum settlement i.e. an amount if remuneration is constant and determined by monthly rate,
• monthly settlement, i.e. an amount of remuneration is constant within the limits of determined quantity of work-hours, in case of overdrawing foreseen limits, an amount of remuneration is established on the basis of hourly rate,
• disposable settlement, i.e. an amount of remuneration is evaluated once for provided service,
• success fee settlement, i.e. an amount of additional remuneration depends on successful results.
